长江大学国际学生学历教育始于2010年。十余年来，随着学校国际声誉的逐渐扩大，学院国际学生教育不断发展壮大，在校国际学生总人数连续多年在湖北省属高校位居前列。2018、2019、2020年学校国际化指标分别居《软科中国最好大学排行榜》第76名、第61名和第87名。

学院具有招收中国政府奖学金国际学生（CSC）资格，设有HSK（新汉语水平考试）考点，被批准为教育部招收台湾地区高中毕业生高校，在美国、法国、加拿大、俄罗斯、西班牙、墨西哥、智利、哥伦比亚、乌克兰、黑山、老挝、越南、巴基斯坦、尼泊尔、津巴布韦、加纳、巴布亚新几内亚等国家招收国际学生。截止到2021年底，在册留学生600余人，生源国覆盖五大洲67个国家，其中，“一带一路”沿线国家51个。

学院拥有一支素质优良、经验丰富、实力雄厚的师资队伍，有完整的、富于特色的课程体系和严格的管理制度，设有本科、硕士和博士学历教育、汉语言学习、长短期培训交流等完整人才培养体系。现有临床医学、土木工程、国际经济与贸易等三个本科专业，硕士研究生和博士研究生招生专业涵盖学校文、史、经、管、法、理、工、农、医等学科门类的40多个专业。汉语教学注重因材施教，分为初、中、高三个等级，学生经过分级考试可进入符合自己汉语水平的班级学习。学院基础实施先进，办学资源丰富，设有国际学生服务中心、国际学生阅览室、国际学生社团办公室、国际学生心理咨询与服务中心、国际学生自习室、国际学术报告厅等。

学院校园文化活动丰富多彩，设有品牌活动——国际文化节，成立了国际学生艺术团、国际学生丝路志愿服务队、国际学生汉语协会等多个社团，先后组织、举办并参加了“留动中国武林大会”“湖北省来华留学生文艺晚会”“国际学生文化节暨毕业晚会”“丝绸之路”专场晚会等，开展了板球、足球、羽毛球比赛等多项大型活动。国际学生多次打破学校运动会记录，多次蝉联校运动会桂冠。国际学生志愿者赴山区支教的事迹赢得了社会的高度评价。

近年来，长江大学国际学生管理制度更加规范，教学工作日趋完善，培养质量不断提升。学院被评为“湖北省留学管理先进单位”，涌现出了一大批优秀国际学生，450名学生获中国政府奖学金、中国教育部优秀来华留学生奖学金及湖北省留学生奖学金，学生发表SCI高水平论文120余篇，多名学生先后荣获“外研社•国才杯”全国英语演讲比赛网络赛一等奖、“声动五洲”国际学生中文歌曲邀请赛第一名、荆州国际马拉松比赛迷你赛桂冠等。学生先进事迹先后被人民日报、新华网、人民网、中国新闻网、学习强国、湖北日报等多家媒体报道，并登上了中国外交部头条。

项目介绍

中国政府奖学金高校研究生项目是中国教育部资助的全额奖学金项目，用于部分中国高校自主招收优秀国际研究生来华学习。受教育部的委托，长江大学承担执行该项目，负责招收优秀国际学生来校攻读硕士和博士学位。本项目以服务社会发展需求为导向，以提高科研学术质量为核心，坚持立德树人，培养在本门学科上掌握坚实宽广的基础理论和系统深入的专门知识，有独立从事科学研究和实践创新能力并能做出创造性成果的拔尖创新国际人才。

申请资格

1.申请人为非中国籍非洲国家公民，身体健康。

注：原为中国公民，后加入外国国籍的申请人或父母双方或一方为中国公民并定居在外国，本人出生时即具有外国国籍的申请人，应持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4 年（含）以上，且最近 4年（截至入学年度的 4 月 30 日前）之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录。

2. 硕士申请人须具有本科学位证，年龄不超过35周岁；博士申请人须具有硕士学位证，年龄不超过40周岁。

3. 本项目仅资助农学部分专业硕士研究生和博士研究生。申请中文授课，须具有汉语水平考试四级及以上证书；申请英文授课，须通过英文面试。

Acceptance and Notification

By the end ofApril, YU will determine the scholarship award list and submit it to China Scholarship Council (CSC); CSC will review university admission results and determine the acceptance list; the accepted candidates will be issued the Letter of admission and the Visa Application Form for Foreign Students Coming to China (Form JW201).

Note:

1.Incomplete and untrue application materials, non-existent application majors or not in the scope of project funding will not be considered.

2. All application documents should be completed in Chinese or English and all uploaded to the CSC application website.

3. A notarized translation in Chinese or English of the diploma/highest degree certificate and transcripts must be provided.
