Job vacancies

Two teaching positions for foreign teachers whose native language is Japanese are available for Japanese classes operated by Yangtze University in China. The details are as follows:

Requirements for candidates:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, majoring in Literature, Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering and Science is preferred;

2. Two years’ experience in Japanese teaching, or holding a native Teacher License;

3. Good health;

4. Age range: 22 -55;

5. Contract Period: One academic year.

Teaching Subjects:

Japanese listening, speaking, reading and writing, and culture lecture for Japanese majors.

Workload:

16-18 hours’ classroom teaching and 2 hours’ Japanese corner per week.

Remuneration and Benefits:

1. Payment: RMB5500-6500yuan per month for candidates with Bachelor’s Degree; RMB 6500-7500 per month for Master’s degree and RMB 8000 or above for PhD degree.

2. International Airfare Reimbursement: economic class round-way international air tickets for one academic year.

3. Vacation Allowance: RMB 1,100 Yuan every semester.

4. Housing: a free apartment with modern conveniences, including internet access, kitchen, bathroom, western toilet, furniture, bedding, washing machine, TV set, refrigerator, and facilities for heating and cooling.

5. Medical care: it is provided in accordance with China’s medical system ( life and medical insurance) .

6. Vacations: winter and summer vacations and other legal public holidays as scheduled.
